Gear Kurt Rosenwinkel sound

Hi everybody, new to this forum. Anybody know if it's possible to replicate the sound of (or even close to) Rosenwinkel with the Pod X3?

Alejandro

i don't know nuthin' 'bout no pod x3, but try a little delay (not too many repeats) and sing along with each note you play.

no it's not going to be possible to it. Check out his forums where he's got all his gear listed.

hey, for kurt, he is playing fender twins now with an es335, moffa, or sadowsky, but to get a similar sound as what you hear on his albums, try a semihollow guitar thru a polytone with some delay, theres some other ambient effect that i cant identify, and im not so sure it's singing.

anyways you prlly wont get anywhere w. line6 equipment but hey polytones arent that expensive
