| | I'm a big fan of the Ibanez AM models. I used to have an early 80s AM50, great guitar. I love the small body size of the AM models (in comparison to a 335 or Ibanez AS model).
The AM93 seems like a good one from what I've heard and read. I'm considering one myself eventually. Versatile enough to go from rock to fusion to jazz. |

| | I still have (and play) a AM 50 bought new en 1983, love this guitar, very versatile.
There was a site dedicated to all the AM eerie but, sorry, I cannot find it. But I think that you could find some infos by googling "Ibanez AM". |

| | I ended up picking up an AM93 and am very impressed. As I previously said, I used to have an early 80s AM50, great guitar. I love the small body size of the AM models (in comparison to a 335 or Ibanez AS model). I surprisingly prefer the AM93 so far.
It's a nice compromise between my archtop AK105SM and my Les Paul. I've string it with halfwound 11s so it can handle both rock and jazz if needed. Nice quilt top and plays just as good as it looks.
Here's a pic:

| | 'boutl I can say is..... WOW!
That's what I have in my mind.
I do have a Fender Tele,Spalted Maple with humbuckers,carved top,mahogany body with spalted maple cap,set neck,rosewood
fret board, etc.I think that would fit into my setup just fine.

| | Looks like a quilt top, not a flame top. But very easy on the eyes. |
