that's all what I know.
a friend of mine went for a gig in a jazz club in NY and that polytone was there and it was great.
he is looking for its model name because he wants to buy it but it isn't available on the polytone web site.
so, my last chance is this forum...

It is not. It's a fairly early model.

I just did a search on Craiggers (a website to search all of Craigslist)and there is a Craigslist add right now with a Polytone 104 for sale in the Orlando area.

POLYTONE 104 Amp..Rare foot pedal

Looks like there is also one on eBay...

I am not certain that it is a 104. The 104 I played several years ago had the speakers mounted off center in the cabinet (vertical). They were 2-3 inches from the top of the cabinet, but 5-6 inches to the bottom of the cabinet.

The speakers in the example photo appear to be centered.

The 104 being offered for sale at $800 is vastly over priced, in my view. The 104 at Neal's looks very clean and has a "Buy it now" price of $314.95 which is much more reflective of what I would expect a 104 to be worth.
