Acoustic 114..yay or nay

Hello

I have come across an old Acoustic 114 amp (2x12 i think) for sale and wondering if anyone has experience with this. Does it make a good or bad jazz amp?

If I am not mistaken, Metheny used to play through an Acoustic 134? I know that doesn't necessarily mean much but thought I would get some input.
