Default Just ordered an Eaastman T184mx as a 7 string

I finally found the guitar I've been looking for. Jeff Hale ordered me a T184MX in a 7 string version. It will have a headstock like the El Rey, plain fingerboard and upgraded to gold hardware.

He's a really nice guy to deal with, very helpful.

I can't wait to get it. (about 4-6 months)

I had to tell somebody. Hooray!

It may take several months, but photos are required!

Yeah, I'm really excited about this. I was surprised I could get it ordered this way. The only Eastman 7 strings they were showing were the El Rey and one archtop 7 string.

Mr. Hale really helped me with this. I've always liked a small bodied guitar and nearly bought Gibson's ES339. I'm glad I called Jeff Hale.

Eastman makes a great 335 style guitar. What sold me on the Eastman was that I had a chance to play the T186, the looks and feel alone sold me, as I didn't play it plugged into an amp.

I have no affiliatioin with Jeff Hale in any way. I emailed him what I was looking for and he came across. We spoke on the phone and he's a really nice guy to deal with.
I'll post picks when it comes in. It'll probably be Christmas in July.
