Default Ibanez Artcore AF75D

Very nice guitar . I bought it from a local guy for 200$ in local currency. Guitar has never been played from 2004. ( produced in March 2004) Guy tried to learn guitar in 2004 but stoped. Now he changed home and when moving decided to sell it.
I also have AF125NT , pre-lawsuit Ibanez LP from 1974 , several Gibsons ( including ES-175 & 335) and Fenders.
This guitar is perfect for local jazz& blues gigs. Beautifully finished , 3 play white plastic binding, 1 piece mahagony neck , good playability, good sounding .

I purchased the same type and color guitar at a Guitar Center in the Chicagoland area. The guitar was brand new and $200.00 plus tax out the door.

It's one good guitar for the price. I gave the guitar and amp to my sons family. I want the children to learn how to play guitar. The one thing I didn't take into account was the children are south paws. I didn't find this out, until they got older. Bummer.

I have the guitar at the house. I changed the strings. I'm thinking of keeping the guitar and purchasing a left handed guitar.

To this day, I don't know why the guy at Guitar Center sold me the guitar at the price. I just asked if he had a Jazz box on the floor and he said for $200.00 I have this guitar. The rest is history.

I haven't changed a thing on it and it's one heck of a good player. I was amazed at the quality for 2 bills.

Michael

Nice guitar. You did well.

I bought one last summer to play at my mom's while I was there with my family. I was really happy with it and I left it there for when I visit again next year.

Flying with a guitar with Air Canada can be a pain: sometimes, it's okay to carry it (but not if you have a case), sometimes it's okay to gate-check it (rare!), most of the time you have to check it (even if you took the chance to be able to carry it and only brought a gigbag!) and once they even told me that I could not bring it and that I should have shipped it cargo prior to my flight! Because of all that, I didn't feel like flying with one of my regular guitars again so I purchased one off kijiji. My mom's in a small town (about 125 listings in musical instruments!) and it was the only guitar that didn't look like a prop for a gothic movie!

Here it is:

Ive got one of those as my main guitar, and it's killing. With some money on it, like new pickups, nut, a wood or brass tun-o-matic and maybe some grovers, I can't see why anyone wouldn't play that guitar live.

About 3 years ago I walked into a guitar shop with a pocket full of money, fully intending to buy an AF75. I saw the AG95 and bought that instead.
