Default Heritage Standard LP.

I just got my Prestige Heritage Standard LP, a Les Paul copy back from PhatKat guitar repair over by Austin Tx. I have spent much time sweating over what pickups to put in it. The Seymour Duncan 59/JB just did not work for me. So then I tried the 59/59 did not care for that either. I wanted something different, then me and my wife was listening to a guy play jazz on a Gretsch Duo Jet. I don't even know his name. My wife said why not those pickups, I said no those guitars are built different they are hollow in side. Then I saw the TV Jone English Mount Classic pickups in Stewmac's cataloq. They really temp me, but I was going to buy the Dimarzio 36th anniversarys. I had made up my mind, but right at the last minute, I order the TV Jones Classic English Mount humbuckers. I had them installed with all new Switchcraft and CTS electronics. The guy who put it all together said he was crazy over my guitar he wanted to do it to his Les Paul. I was amazed at the sound tru my Fender Blues Deluxe. A very sweet sound the best money I have ever spent on any musical instrument. I cannot put it down, from Jazz to ZZ top it is awesome, I don't need another guitar but don't tell my wife that. They sort of remind me of a set of Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates but not so hot. I will post a picture of a before and after when I can also a sound file if my computer will let me. As for me I finally did something right. Thanks for your time.
