Check This Out! FS: Synth Modified Telecaster with Roland GR-20

Hey guys, I also have this posted on the Telecaster forum, but I thought that there might be some folks here that were interested as well.

This guitar started life off as a MIM 50's Reissue Telecaster, but since then it has had numerous upgrades that have improved the tone, playability, and versatility of the instrument...
1. The cheesy Kluson style vintage tuners were replaced with Sperzel locking tuners. This makes string changing a breeze and dramatically helps the tuning stability of the guitar.
2. The guitar was refretted with 6105 (Tall and Narrow) fretwire. This is a nice size that lets you play quick single note lines, or complex chords, or crazy pedal steel bends with ease!
3. The fingerboard was re-radiused to 9.5". Again much better playability.
4. The vintage style Fender pickups were somewhat anemic sounding, so they were upgraded to the REAL DEAL Lindy Fralin Tele pickups.
5. The bridge saddles were upgraded to Graphtech String Saver saddels. This improves string life, sustain, and intonation.
6. The Graphtech GHOST pickup system was installed to let the guitar run a guitar synth. This opens up a whole new world of sound possibilities!

All of these modifications were done by Ron Pace of Pace Guitarworks here in Houston, TX. Ron is wonderful, before opening his own shop he was a luthier for Robin Guitars (www.robinguitars.com).

I also have for sale the Roland GR-20 that I was using with this guitar. I will sell the guitar for $900, the GR-20 for $300, or if you would like to purchase them together I will discount the total the package to $1050.
