Haven't seen one in person yet. Currently it's a good bit overpriced. Give it six months...they'll be used or "shopworn" for about a grand, and at that price they'd be a better value.
I tried it last summer during the Montreal Guitar Show. A very good guitar. But for the price, I'll get an Eastman....or, like Mr. Beaumont said, wait for a discount.
Well, to be fair, the jazz isn't competing with carved top eastmans...it's competing with a certain american company that makes a laminate maple topped archtop that lists for a good deal more...
