Default May be a dumb question

Folks, can anyone tell me if I can store my Fender Super Champ XD in my storage shed outside in the backyard.

Its been 105 to 109 degrees around here for the last three months. The shed is completely closed in and made of that polymer/ hard plastic material.

Will that harm my poor amp? Will it harm the speaker?

Thanks!

(I do have enough sense not to put my guitars in there)

I would only worry about the vinyl letting go. Everything else would be fine assuming it is a dry heat.

Thanks! That's kind of what I was thinking. Not that I would be buying musical gear and using the shed to hide it from my wife for a while. No. I would not do that and I know none of you have, or ever would commit such skullduggery.

Yeah, I hid errr stored a Marshall 4 X 12 cab in the back of the basement for a few months. No worse for the wear. It was right next to a couple Fenders.

I had a great bachelor's pad where that I kept for the mistress. When the collection got too big, I had to cut back. I hope she's doin' OK.

Not that you would do such a thing, but if you did, every now and then you might mention the family of rats that live in the shed...

No, where I live, the foxes get the rats.

They haven't got up the courage to take on our cat yet, though. He doesn't back down on his own manor.

So I guess, were I (hypothetically speaking of course) to leave anything out there.....it should be relatively safe. Time to feed the cat more though, to keep him onside.
