Pat Metheny PAT METHENY's now a days gear

Hi people! does anybody knows about the current "now a days" pat's gear? i know the one he use to use before and mainly with the PMG but i'm very curious about what he's using now with the trio, specially the AMPs!

Here's part of his gear, I think about 1/2 of it got cropped out of the picture. As I recall he also uses 2 grand pianos.



(I'm just joking, this was a cool show to see though). I will say the sound of his guitar has changed. I'm only guessing but, it seems he's using both a guitar pickup and perhaps a condenser mic mounted in his guitar and blending the two. At least it sounds that way to me.

That's probably the reason why there are two cables coming out of the bottom of his Ibanez too. Looks like one 1/4'' Jack and one XLR:

He may be triggering using some sort of solenoid send, thus the two cables.

You can also see the bottom of the mic in the bottom f-hole.

very interesting indeed!! that makes sens if you hear the sound of the day trip album it gets really acoustic specially on the first track!! but do you know something about the amp system he's using?

I have no idea. I would think he's going into the PA through some preamp(s), like he did already after he abandoned the old Acoustic amp.
