Default Capo- a new audio app that will auto TAB solos

Looks interesting.
Capo - Learn Your Music

Make sure you download the version 2 demo not the version 1. Version 1 does not have the Tab functions.

Seems to be more rock oriented.
Do you think it will work for complex jazz chord as well...

well i just watched the tutorials of the capo website. in the second one you can see, that even in a simple folk song capo has trouble to get the right chord and in addition to that, the guy who's demonstrating it with his acoustic, doesn't realize that his guitar is not in tune.

if you ask me, get a freeversion of a slowdowner and you have all what is neccesary + you do something for your ear

Yeah the guy doesn't know the difference between an Am and an A7.
Not sure how good the tab side is but I have a lot of software at my disposal. I'm a ProTools engineer and that's part of how I make my living.
Let me tell you that the looping algo on this app is the best I've worked with.
That alone is worth the price of entry. Such a great way to work out complex licks.
Even better than "Snapper" in some regards and that's saying something.
Doesn't do everything well but certainly has something great to offer.
