Default F hole jaguar or a jazzy jazzmaster??

Ooo! Now what does this sound like? It's a new release from Fender Japan

Or what about this?

Its a thinline hollow body jazzmaster

Custom Tele anyone? Well I'm gonna book my ticket for Tokyo as they are not for sale outside Japan.
Anyone posting from Japan?
Tried one yet??
I bet Nels Cline has one.

Love the simplicity, p90's, and white binding of the Jazzmaster!

Couldn't you get something like this from a place like USA Custom guitars? I think they have hollow bodeis that could be had very similar to these shapes.

Makig a Fender offset body semi hollow seems like such a no-brainer...those are some big heavy bodies!

I'll take the Jazzmaster...but could I get it in Walnut finish with block inlays? THat'd be enough for my wallet to bleed a little...

I'm not in Japan at the moment, but I do live there part of the year. (My wife is Japanese.) If someone outside of Japan wanted one of these, I suspect Ishibashi (a major guitar retailer) would ship you one. Last time I looked, a couple years back, I think they charged about $120 to ship a Tele from Tokyo to California, for example.

Nice looking instruments!
