Default Harmonic Design

Just got them in the mail, oh boy I'm excited to throw these in my 335. Fantastic pick ups, i've tried several guitars a few years ago that have these classic humbuckers in them and i was blown away. When i got my tax statement back first thing i did was buy myself a pair of these badboys.

I have never been a gear head and never thought much about pick ups but always sort of felt my 335 was lacking in that department just a little bit, i've upgraded everything else about it that i could think and really that wasn't much. I'm going to have these installed this week with a full set up by my tech and maybe get something up recorded later. even though i've not heard them on my axe i have heard them before (as i said)

check them out if you're looking for a great sounding pick up, i'd put them up against most other humbuckers any day, and they make awesome p90s too

no they don't endorse me i had to pay like 350 for them lol

a new brand heard from. The good thing is, they don't look EXPENSIVE. I'll put it on the list--thought I may order THAT poster, though

I thought about getting a cheapo Tele-Esquire or archtop that I can use as a guinia pig to test various pickups.

I've had Harmonic Design Vintage Plus pickups in my Tele for about 10 years; I believe I'll still have them in that Tele 10 years from now.

I had another Tele with a Harmonic Design Mini-Strat (Tele-sized Strat pickup) in the neck and a '54 Special in the bridge - also excellent.

I'm a big fan of HD pickups. If I ever swap out the stock pickups in my 335 clone, I'll surely go for their V+ ("Classic") Humbuckers.

Check them out at www.harmonicdesign.net. The head honcho's name is Scott; he answers email.
