Hi all,
I recently purchased a NeckUp Mini for my tele-style guitar. This thing is a revelation. It makes my solid body guitar incredibly comfortable to play while seated. Without the NeckUp, I would either use a strap or cross my leg in order to get the guitar into a (somewhat) comfortable playing position. But really neither position was comfortable. I have a left wrist injury so minimizing my wrist bend is
very important. With the NeckUp, it's like playing an archtop while seated with a strap - perfect positioning.
Here's the link...you can see a picture of the item in action on a tele in the smaller picture in the top-left corner of the screen:

I have no affiliation with the company or people that that sell and/or manufacture them.
The funny thing is that I was using pillows and other random things to prop my guitar into a comfy position while nursing my wrist back to health, all the while thinking that I should invent a product that does the job - and of course the NeckUp does a better job than my pillow thing would have ever done (and it fits in the guitar case, which clearly a pillow would never do!).
You tele players should check it out. It might even make a Les Paul tolerable in the seated position...
