 Archtops in kansas city Going to Kansas City next week, I'm wondering if there are any noteworthy music stores there, preferably one with lots of archtops (Eastman, Hofner, Peerless, etc.).     |

| Lawrence is a bit of a driver from KC. But it isn't too bad. Midwestern Muiscal Co. can sometimes have some great stuff including archtops. Guitar Syndicate has a couple on the wall (all new). I've not found a really good archtop store in KC. The music store scene changed from supporting jazz guitarists to supporting mid-life-crisis beetle-surfer-bands. I wish I was kidding. ~DB |
