| | Which one, kris? There's a few models out there.
Got to try a guys compact 60 once. It sounded a bit too bright and a little nasal for my tastes--wasn't my bag. |

| | I've got a Compact 60
It is super convenient to carry round and set-up (18lbs)
Has all the facilities one needs eg XLR Mic in with phantom power
Good DI out good great carry handle.
It is OK loud enough for most jazz gigs ..........
the reverb isn't amazing ... OK
Sound is of course subjective but I'd rate it 7/10
with my Jazz box (set in Humbucker , Lam top)
It gets used most because it is light , covenient , relyable
and does everything pretty good
I've seen lots of them around the scene in the UK
tho I think they're german |

| | i never liked most of the acoustic amps for electric (archtop guitar)
The reason is because most of them have the crossover too low and it puts way too much guitar tone through the tweeter or midrange driver. On some of the AI amps, the 5" speaker sees 90% of the guitar tone. |

As for the electric amp - here ya go. http://www.aer-amps.info/index.php?o...100263&lang=en
At 38 lbs, it's not the "Compact" by any means.
