| | Post a Great Jazz Performance that Uses a Non archtop I rightfully, or wrongly found the other threads about this topic somewhat disrespectful and thought we could post several amazing modern and vintage performances that use teles, strats, thinlines, semis, les pauls, flattops, classicals, etc. BUT NO ARCHTOPS--Tonight the 175 and Sadowsky take a bit of a rest. Rule is clean (a little reverb is fine.)
And this one almost made me order a Sadowsky semi on the spot. Jack Zucker's videos had the same effect. And, heres Jim Solway playing my Soloway Single 15". To me, warm and articulate.

| | I love that Leo Amuedo vid'. I must listen to that every time someone references it (including me!).
And, you're right, it makes you reach for the credit card, doesn't it? |

| | There are so many great non archtop jazzers out there it would be impossible to showcase them all. I still like archtops as well though.

| | I love the Leo Amuedo video too. That Sadowsky sounds great. Wish I knew what amp he was playing through. |

| | This is some heavyweight stuff. Ulf Wakenius' solo starts at 3:00, but don't skip Michael Brecker's solo. |

| | Another Sadowsky Semi. Jon Delaney gets a great tone, much like Amuedo.
My favorite Emily:
