Default good latin/afro cuban standards

i have been playing jazz for about a year and i have gotten pretty good at it. i want to explore some other genres. I downloaded both a latin and cuban real book. what would be some good standards to start out on?

Not sure about Afro Cuban tunes, but there are tons of Latin/Bossa tunes that would work. Is that what you want?

Afro-Caribbean: Caravan, Perdido, Manteca, Afro Blue, Mambo Inn, St. Thomas, Besame Mucho, Mama Inez, night in Tunesia, Con Alma, Tico Tico, El Cumbanchero, etc.

Brasilian: Chega de Saudade, La Chica de Ipanema (The Girl From Ipanema), "Recorda-Me", Desafinado, One Note Samba, Black Orpheus, Blue Bossa, One Note Samba, etc.
