Default Left hand finger stretching exercise

Hi everyone,
As a guitar teacher, I see all the time the difficulty that beginning and some intermediate students have with getting their fingers to stretch and reach for some of the more "finger stretch chords", especially when it comes to fingers 2 and 3 of the left hand.
I have a good exercise for this in my blog. The URL is after my name below, just click on it.
Remember that with any exercise you should not reach the point of pain and if you do stop immediately or you could damage tendons and/or ligaments. Believe me, I know from experience and then you're out for weeks.
Have fun and I hope that 2009 is your year!

Default Stretching Exercises

Hi, I am rashmi, I say The assisted hamstring stretch utilizes the exercise band and allows you to stretch out the back of your leg on your own.
