Default Hello- an introduction & a question:

I'm a guitarist in the Seattle area, been playing about 37 years now. I've taken a journey from rock to blues & now jazz w/a little bit of everything else thrown in along the way.
The inquiry I have is this:
On the "Legends of Jazz Guitar, Vol. 2" DVD there's a vid of Barney Kessel doing a 12 bar in C entitled, "BBC Blues". I was wondering if anyone was familiar w/Barney's stuff enough to know if there is an audio version available somewhere, maybe under a different name, & if so what album I might find it on?
Thanks for any help.

I rented that dvd a few years ago from Netflix, but don't recall that specific tune. Have you searched for it on iTunes and other download sites yet? I would check Amazon, as they really seem to be adding quite a bit of jazz in their downloadable music section. Good luck

I looked on iTunes but all I turned up were a few songs entitled, "Barney's Blues". Previewing them is a nightmare on dialup, though. So I gave up that route & thought I'd ask in a jazz community.
Thanks for your reply; I will certainly check out Amazon-

"BBC Blues" is a variation of "Basie's Blues", which Barney plays on Vol. 1. The recording done for the BBC might be the only one that has that name (that's just a guess).
