 Its All the Same... Hey Everyone, Wanted to learn more jazz standards, and had a bright idea! I know that there are songs that have the same chord progression or are based of one another, (i.e. Summertime vs. Four on Six). I think it would be a good idea for those who dont have much time to learn essentially one song and two melodies. What are some standards that do this? Thanks     |

| Practice these 3 - in all keys - and you will be well on your way: 1) Jazz blues 2) Rhythm Changes 3) Cherokee It was good enough for Charlie Parker! |
