Default camaro relaxation from recording...

Yo.
Spending lots of time learning 3D graphics. Must do something other than practicing & recording. It works very nicely in that the brain I suppose treats all those things I put in for a year or so. I notice clearly that just by taking time off from playing my picking has improved noticeably. It's more fun to play too, when not doing it ALL the time. So the project I work on now is a Camaro, giving it a background setting which I'll model into a gas station in the desert or some such absurd theme. I just made the fuel pump, and a waste paper basket, will add a 'hut' for the proprietor, some items, we shall see.

All in all it's a nice, jazzy feel. 'Cool' is in my mind and in my soul when I see this.
Anyway, here it is, not all completed, but on its way:

Peace
Skei (the learning how to relax one)

Default Camaro?

Relaxation = good! And that's a fine rendering...but it sure looks like a Challenger to me. Virtually, I mean. Anyway keep up the good work!

Yeah, jimbobway, well, it may look like a challenger, I'm not too good at this, I tried to follow some blueprints of a camaro, and it sure is tricky, it's not the easiest car to do. A volvo is more like a box, and would have been much easier outlining. But it's a learning process, much like Donna Lee, and I did some new renders with new techniques, environment mapping and such. I'll post that last one here too, it looks rather nice. But first I shall have some more coffee and go through Donna Lee again. I really love that tune...

Peace
Skei (the challenging the camaro one)

Here is a render of the allegedly 'camaro' with a gradient background and a environment map of a beach as body paint...

Peace

Looks great! I've tried doing some 3D modelling too and it's bloody difficult!

I like to take a break and refresh my weary mind by tackling a few pages in my Power Rangers coloring book.
