 Ebony Queen transcription? Hi there. Does anybody out there have a transcription / chord chart / lead sheet for McCoy Tyner's "Ebony Queen". Ever since Lenny Breau played a couple of stellar versions on different albums, usually in a set with "Pam's Pad" (with varying interludes), I've always been intrigued by the harmony. If you do have something, I'd appreciate it if you'd send it my way. Cheers. I found it. At this website http://www.angelfire.com/az2/jazzcorps/index.html Ron Cid has published a great book on Lenny's technique - Visions - and includes ten free transcriptions of tunes Lenny played, including Ebony Queen. | I found it. I have ordered a great Lenny Breau technique book - Visions - at this website Montreal Jazz Guitar which also includes ten free transcriptions of tunes he played, including Ebony Queen. |
