Music Jazz Guitar Duo or Trio Albums?

Hi all,

I'd like to listen to jazz guitar duo or trio albums. But there aren't enough information on web.

I have:
Together: Larry Coryell & Emily Remler
Great Guitars: Byrd/Kessel/Ellis
Jim Hall & Pat Metheny: Jim Hall, Pat Metheny

Any comments are welcome!

Thanks,
Philip

John Abercrombie and Ralph Towner albums - some out there stuff, but amazing
Doug Raney and Jimmy Raney albums - straight ahead killing bop.

There is another Herb Ellis/ Joe Pass called Concord Jazz.

I would really love to hear Doug Raney and Jimmy Bryant together, that sounds amazing!

Barney Kessel, Herb Ellis, and Charlie Byrd recorded several albums together as "The Great Guitars." I'm not sure how easy they are to find nowadays.

You can also find a set of YouTube videos with Barney, Kenny Burrell and Grant Green recorded from some live dates (I think in Japan?) Googling their names should get you there.

Maybe tal farlow &phillippe petit (a great french guitarist) , standard recital.

It is a really great duo album. Each guitar to one ear. Quite impressive they are only 2 but you sometime feel like there is a drummer a bassist & a fendrr rhode (solo of harmonics).

Sylvain
