From listening to it, it ain't the the Rogers and Hart "Little Girl Blue." Because of many typos on the entry, it's hard to be sure what the original title is exactly and I can't find any functioning web page for Okayasu. And I can't find an entry for this album anywhere. My guess would be that it's an original composition.

Personally, I found his tendency to hammer-on so many notes in the melody a little annoying after a while. But great tone and nice execution otherwise.

Peace,
Kevin

Sounds like the standard, Little Girl Blue, to me.

The Little Girl Blue melody is never really stated.

The changes sound pretty similar. It goes into a "Can't Help Falling in Love" sounding thing at the end of the chorus. :-)

May be based on Little Girl Blue changes.

I love Little Girl Blue, by the way. It's got lots of space and room for expression. The Keith Jarrett trio has a killer recording of this on their Standards in Norway. Here's my acoustic take on it, flubs and all.

I'm reading this version from the 557 jazz standards fake book that was posted on here a while back. The alternative chords written underneath the staff really make this one.
