Default iCadenza - The Art of Getting Discovered

I recently began working with a great company called iCadenza and wanted to share their website and information with members of jazzguitar. Right now, they are offering a free one-hour consultation so I suggest that you take advantage of it while it lasts. What do you have to lose?

iCadenza is for artists who are interested in developing their personal brand and creating a stronger online presence to promote themselves and help their careers. The founders of iCadenza believe in empowering classical and jazz musicians to take ownership of their online image. They specialize in finding your personal voice and helping broadcast it to the world through social media. They have also interviewed a number of singers, instrumentalists, and arts administrators such as Valery Gergiev, Yefim Bronfman, Marilyn Horne, Martin Katz, Rod Gilfry, Elizabeth Futral, David Gockley (General Director of SF Opera), Douglas Sheldon (Senior VP and Director of CAMI), Klaus Heymann (founder and president of Naxos), and hundreds of others. The ultimate goal of iCadenza is to bring artists, managers, agents, and fans together on a single platform.

iCadenza was created and is run by musicians with an entrepreneurial bent. Our number one goal is to help artists get noticed for their work and to get people more excited about the arts in the midst of all the distractions. The centerpiece of our services is the iCadenza Artist Profile. Your personal profile can be used as a website replacement and we can help you align the domain name of your choice. If you already have a website, your profile can enhance your online presence by adding another promotional element.

We also offer a more hands-on, individualized approach to creating your personal brand and harnessing the power of social media. Through our consulting sessions, we will discuss your goals and then come up with a targeted plan to help you achieve (or exceed) them. We will work with you to you polish your materials, build your personal brand, and use online media and new technologies to get others to hear about you. Consulting can occur on a one-time basis or as a long-term package. Contact us for details on how we can make it work for you.

iCadenza will be launching a number of coordinated press campaigns on the behalf of all our artists, either collectively, in small groups, or individually, in some circumstances. We want to help you get your name out. That means both giving you the skills and advice to promote yourself, and us promoting you.

As an artist, you are also invited to participate in our group blog on iCadenza Talk. You can also get feedback on your video/audio clips, on your career development, and on your press package/profile as a whole from seasoned professionals. We will find the right person to help you with your unique needs.

Please feel free to take a look at our website, www.iCadenza.com. If you or someone you know is interested in working with iCadenza or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Jeepers, only $130 to set up an internet profile for a whole year? I guess the gigs start rolling in after that. $$$! It's about time! Why didn't anyone else think of this before? Village Vangard, here I come!
