Default Ron Anthony's book on comping
Anyone seen the full version of Ron Anthony's book on comping? It is shown on his web-page: Guitar Lessons in Burbank | Ron Anthony Jazz

Parts of it is also there for download, but I can't find the full version for sale anywhere.

Any comments to the book, or ideas for how to get hold of it

I did try that, but didn't get any reply. Could be dealing with overseas buyers are troublesome for them.

Have you seen the book? Is it good? Should I keep nagging them about sending me a copy?
