Default Problem identifying a chord

Maybe it's because it was St. Patricks Day yesterday, but I'm having a problem identifying a chord/chord name. I've an absolutely splitting hangover-after the gig I stopped on for a drink with the hotel manager and staff.

In this 10 second clip--it's the 2nd chord in.

To me it sounds like a bog-standard Dm, but I hear a 9th in there. I'm not really hearing a 7th, though-Would it be a Dm(add9)?
Thanks!!!

C G C B D C E F G 2X
F A D C# E D F G A 2X

These are the notes
harmonically they add up to
Cmaj9
DmMaj9

but if I was reducing it to chords instead of playing the figure I might play

Cmajadd9 Cmaj // Cmajadd9 Cmaj // Dmadd9 Dm // Dmadd9 Dm //

Thanks a million, Bako. It'll be the chords, not the figure, as a pianist and a string quartet will be doing that.
I appreciate your time-Thanks!!
