Help Anybody know . . .?

. . . . the chord progression (or know where to find it online) the chords for
(At The) End of a Love Affair? I doped out most of it (in G) but I'm stumped at a couple of spots in the bridge. And there's a coda too, with a tricky little shift in the melody, which I can't seem to get in my head. I need to hear it played a couple of times.
Thanks a lot.

Tommy/

For cracking the chords of standards, I just call on The Guitar Guy: End Of A Love Affair
