Default Looking foor reference jazz book

Hey Folks

I am new here. I play guitar mostly acoustic at the moment buy have played electric as well. I do mostly studio work and I am not a pro player. What I am looking for is a very good book with jazz guitar tablatures that can help me with solos, chords and chord progressions etc when I create my original compositions. Mainly a book as a reference and not one to help me to learn how to play.

I mostly input my guitar and piano chords via my computer sequencer using my controller keyboard so any books or charts with a very complete or something at least good enough to give me ideas would be great.

Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave,

I found this free online jazz arranging course that may be of interest to you...

Garritan Libraries-Jazz Arranging Online - by Prof. Chuck Israels - northernsounds.com

BTW, also at that site is a classical orchestration course.

Have a look at "Joe Pass on Guitar". It comes with TAB as well and gives you great insights on jazz soloing.
