Default West Coast changes

What are the "West Coast" changes in the blues form?

Are they the same as the changes in Montgomery's "West Coast Blues"?

I get to answer my own question.
In a 12 bar blues the standard IV and V in the sixth, seventh
and eighth bars are substituted by a series of ii-V.
In G these would be Cm7-F7/Bm7-E7/Bbm7-Eb7.
This walks right down to Am7 to begin a ii-V-I turn-around.
Wes Montgomery liked to use this progression.
