The coolest grip of all is no grip. Kick your guitar on the floor amd you get Em11.

well, starting with b3 makes sense. Then I guess I'd probably add either a R, 2, 4, 5, 6, b7, or 7. Then if I felt greedy and wanted three notes in my chord, I might add another one from the list, or double one that I already had. I suppose if I were feeling dirty I might include a note not in the list. Or maybe I wouldn't start with a b3.

Play these with the open A string, then fire your 5th string and hire a bassist. lol Transpose as you like.
