Hey,

I've been working on GDS as my primary tune for the last few months, and I see that one of my favorite online teachers, Rich Severson has a new lesson for it posted on his 99cents guitarcollege site. The demo of the lesson has him play through the chord melody, and then some improv with single-lines and octaves. I haven't got the lesson yet, so I can't really comment on the actual instruction content.

BTW, thx Tony for the above transcriptions. There's some nice ideas for voicings!

one of my favourite tunes. I love this tune.

I just came across this brilliant rendition:

Sarah Vaughan - Green Dolphin Street (Live vocal-lyric) - YouTube

It is indeed very strange that it's left out of the newest RealBook (6th edition).

But searching with the title in Google Images mostly gives me what I'm looking for!

Ah! That's why... I recently purchased vol. 1,2 and 3 (Pockett-edition - love those btw!) and I was surprised that it's not in there while it is in my old RealBook....
