Default Jon Damian's book

I just received my copy of this book.
I'm wondering if anybody who has spent some time with this book or studying with Jon can shed some light for me?
I'm particularly interested in chapter 4 ( Palette chart ) . 3 note voicings.

I've only spent a few days looking at it and am wondering how people went about applying this information.

I'm going to start with the basic triads (seed 33, 34 and so on ) as suggested.

Did you take a seed and apply it diatonically for each key ?
Do you then take each seed and apply it to melodic minor , harmonic minor scale and analyze each chord?

Or do you just look at each seed as a chord and what intervals need to be changed to make major, minor , aug, dim chords ? rather than a diatonic scale.

Like I said. I've really only had this book for a couple of days and its a different way of looking at voicing from what I'm used to and the penny hasn't dropped yet. So thanks for any insight into how you went about applying this material.. It sure looks like a wealth of information and a great way to open up other possibilities.
Thanks for any help.
