| | Samba Triste Chords? Hi,
This is from a recording by Charlie Byrd & Stan Getz.
I've got the basic idea but can't find a chart for this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.. |

| | Yes, this is Samba Triste.. Beautiful melody..fairly simple chord progression..
It has an intro and then (on the Byrd/Getz version) the chords go something like:
/F/E/Am/G
/F/E/C?/G/F/ /E/ /
/F/E/Bm7/E
outro: /F/E/Am/ / (rpt)
This is the basic idea but I'm not sure about the exact chords.
Thanks for replying to my thread.

| | I'm probably counting it half-time, but these are the basic changes:
F#dim7 Fdim7 | Am Am7/G |
F#dim7 Fdim7 | Em7 A7 |
Dm7 G7 | Cmaj7 Em7 Am9 / |
F#dim7 | Fdim7 E7 | |
