Help with "Foolin Myself"

Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out the chords to Foolin' Myself (Tinturin/Lawrence, Billie Holiday).
This is what I've got for the verses:

Bb A+7
I tell my friends that I don't care
Bb D%7 G7
I shrug my shoulders at the whole affair
F#7 F7 Bb G7 C-7 F7 Bb
But they all know it isn't so I'm just foolin' myself


But I'm having trouble with the chorus. Can anybody help?

I think the first chord of the chorus is a Fm followed by a Gb+5. I have not really worked out the rest but it should be simple.
