 Steve Kahn wrote a book called "The Wes Montgomery Guitar Folio" that has the tune in it. Here is a page on it: Wes Montgomery's "Sundown" Solo Transcription He analyzes the tune, provides a page of solo transcription, and there is a link to the book at musicians friend. I have it; it's well worth the money. Hope this helps.
