I dont have a video of myself, because frankly I am just not that tech savy, but... There were a couple of books that really helped me learn this tune and Trane Changes in general. One is the book Giant Steps by Joe Diorio, and the other one is called something like Coltrane Changes for guitar by Corey Christiansen.
Both go over the theory behind the changes, ideas to play over them, ways to comp, and the Diorio book has several CM arrangements of the head.
I think that they are each like 20 buck on amazon.com definitely worthwile.

No, sorry. I have to plug this video, thought. Simple idea and I wish there were more youtube videos like it. That's not me on the sax, by the way

Giant Steps starts off:

| BMaj7 D7 | GMaj7 Bb7 | EbMaj7 |

Both in the video and the link I gave for the on-line sheet music. But in the video, when the solo transcription begins, they switched to music written for Tenor Sax, which is a Bb transcribing instrument. The actual sounds are a ninth below what's written. So the above chords get transposed to:

| DbMaj7 E7 | AMaj7 C7 | FMaj7 |
