Default Blues guitar rhythm lesson

I posted a lesson on my website this week. It is a 12 bar simple blues, and the lesson is about how to play this particular style of blues guitar rhythm. I have posted the lesson, TAB and Guitar Pro 6 files on my website Dolphinstreet - Blues Rhythm 1 Fingerstyle video lesson

Let me know what you think.

Nice job Robert. Perfect amount of info for a short youtube lesson, and you seem to have a knack for teaching in a succinct style. I imagine plenty of beginners would get something out of this. The Hagstrom sounds good too. Thanks for posting.

Thanks Derek, it is good to hear it comes across well.

I just got this Hagstrom Viking, and it is really fun!

Cheers!

Robert,

Nice job.

I have two suggestions, which are purely cosmetic:

1) The lesson and PDF file links on your website are in a color which is almost the same as the bar on the left. They are difficult to read - there's really nothing wrong with black...
2) The A# in the PDF would be better spelled as a Bb, since you're playing a C7 here. As an old theory major I'm kind of picky about this, but it's always nice when the spelling matches the function, even when the actual notes are the same.

Hi. Robert, nice stuff, nice sound. What strings are you using on the Viking? The reason I'm asking is, I have just bought a Tokai 335 type on
e.bay [has'nt arrived yet] and would like to get a sound like yours.
I play Ti's George Benson 12's [flats] on my LP. Like to try something
different..LG.

Thanks guys. I am using 10 - 46 pm the Viking.

Is anyone else thinking the link colors on my site have poor contrast? It's the first time I've ever heard that.
