 polychords Heres some brave new Aproaches. A new direction ive found is to record a Chord Melody improv based around a tonal centre eg. Am with plenty of modulations/outside chords then overdub another in a key like Csharp minor. Very progressive stuff! sometimes reminiscent of debussy and much of the Contempory Classical/experimental atonal music. I'm pleased with my results and would love to orchestrate them for orchestra one day.     |
