Jazz and the Classical Guitar, by Ken Hatfield
Jazz Guitar for Classical Cats, Andrew York
Pat Donahue, Jazz Classics for Fingerstyle Guitar, Vols. 1 & 2 (DVD)

The first two assume classical background and some reading skill. I don't remember if they have tab or only notation. There's also "Pumping Nylon," by Scott Tenant, aimed at classical players, but useful to develop right hand technique for fingerstyle. Several versions are available, some with tab, some not and at least on with a DVD.

You will likely not find a better resource than Ted Greene's site>

www.tedgreene.com

Jody Fisher has a series of books that are logically presented and full of good info. You can get them through amazon.com.

Also, check out any of Steve Herberman's classes on Mike's Master Classes>

Mike's Master Classes - Home

That should keep you well busy!

WOW I just watched a video of him playing Georgia On My Mind. What an amazing player, and such a PRESENCE. I got a sense of a real master of guitar, and also got a few shivers!
