Looks like this was lifted ;-) from "Jazz Classics For Solo Guitar" by Bob Yelin - there are some really nice arrangements in his books, as, I believe, has been mentioned in other posts on this forum.

There are several interesting books, Galbraith - 42 Chord Melody Arrangements is one of them, or Chord Melody Method - Bill Hart

Yes, I have Bill Hart's book - I bought it after reading a recommendation on this very forum. By the way, good as Bob Yelin's books are, do you find the arrangements tend not to follow the rhythm of the actual melody line? (No big deal in iteself as you can soon make 'em fit ...)

I have not yet seen the arrangements in detail, but I did when I usually do some chord melody to break the rhythm in a few bars, playing the melody more freely, and then back on the rhythm. I think it's a matter of taste.
