IIRC, that is "Suicide Is Painless". Sure to catch attention. Good suggestion.

This one is pretty straightforward, you should try your own ideas and see what you come up with

Try starting with an Am, hammer on the entire chord between alternate E and A bass notes.
Am / / /
Dm7/// //// Cmaj7/// //// Fmaj7/// ///// Am/// ////

Dm7/// //// Am7//// Cmaj7/ Dm7/ Ddim/ (single note walk down C, A, G) and back into the Am intro

BTW, in the novel MASH (and Altman film) the unit had a dentist nicknamed "Painless" who commits suicide.

Just aw the following on TDPRI. Haven't tried it to see if it sounds right:

//: X05500, X04030 / X05500, X04030 ://

Semi-arpeggiate the first chord of each measure.

Intro to "Suicide is Painless".

Isn't that a fake suicide though? They used the "black capsule"... it is fake. I just googled it. Hence the song, "Suicide is Painless" which was co-written by Altman and Mandel. ... Suicide Is Painless - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

I am uploading a pdf.

No. I take no credit for that whatsoever. It was in my huge db of guitar tabs and sheet music.
