There are plenty. But two inexpensive ones are the George Van Eps book (not the method, the book with his tunes in it) and the Joe Pass Chord solos. The Joe Pass one is good because it presents some interesting harmonies and substitutions to use. The Van Eps is good because it has a lot of inside lines moving around.

There's a Barry Galbraith book around somewhere as well. I think Matt always talks about Jody ficher books although I'm not familiar with them.

One thing though, I would recommend more time be spent with the analysis rather than learning to play the tunes perfectly. I assume the ultimate goal is to make your own solos so, take whatever theory or information you can from these sources.

What are you looking for? How to or a collection of tunes already arranged?

How to books that are pretty good include Jody Fisher's stuff as John mentioned. Robert Conti has an interesting approach, easy to get up and running, Howard Morgan, Joe Pass, etc.

Collections of arrangements would include the 4 Robert Yelin books, and Mel Bay's Chord Melody Standards. Imo, some of the best combination of tasty and not too tough arrangements. All the above (except maybe Howard Morgan's stuff) can be found at:

Chord Melody Guitar Music: Guitar Sheet Music, Tab Books, Instruction Videos and DVDs

Which is a great online supplier. I have bought a number of items from them in the past. Good luck.

I Have found that Barry Greene's book on chord melody is very concise and comprehensive (Mel Bay Solo Jazz Guitar Method Book).

Amazon.com: Mel Bay Solo Jazz Guitar Method Book/CD Set: Barry Greene: Books

He has also put out a Mike's Masterclass" sessionn that uses the tune "My Romance" to demonstrate his approach.

I'm far from being an expert but I've found just sitting down with the Real Book has been great for my chord-melody playing. Going through the process of looking at the chord changes, and choosing voicings to keep the melody in the top note has taught me a lot.

Bill Hart's Solo Jazz Guitar is a book I would also recommend. I even reviewed it on Amazon, that's how crazy I am about it.
