Default Who can help me checking my compositions

I started to compose shortly recent, and I am looking for musicians who can help me checking my compositions ( i made them by guitar pro, you just need to hear the midi) and telling me if the harmony is ok, or how can I improve them.

Thanx

In the showcase section you can create a "Tune in Progress:" thread. Go have a look to see what others have done.

If you want good critiques you'll have to make a recording and post a lead sheet or a score. Can't you convert your midi to a mp3 file?

You spelled "checking" wrong.

That's one mistake.

Hi Yago! Don't write G#, write Ab, and stick to flats as much as you can, as long as you are writing in Ab. And I am guessing, if you are writing jazz, that you missed out some sevenths. I also don't really follow the logic behind the chord progressions, I think you need to have an Eb7 at the end of the first section to link to the Ab starting the next. And I think C dim should be F7 (almost the same thing, as many others will tell you). Hope this helps. Here's my suggestion for the first half:

Ab l G7 l Gb7 l F7 l
Bbm l Cm l Ebm l G l (man, this line seems really strange to me, but I might be an old fogey :-)
Dbm l Gb7 l Ab l F7
Bbdim l Dbm l Cm lEb7

Bob
