fep - very happy to have found the CM for Mercy*3 and rather than just printing it off and moving to the woodshed, as I often do, I read to the foot of the thread. Glad I did. My wife had a BMT 20 years ago and she is doing great today, although she does wonder why I need so many guitars. Sending you strength for a lasting recover.

As an aside to others, donating platelets is something that most of us can do. It takes a couple of hours but it is worth it. When platelets come from multiple units of blood, it can be hard on the recipient. Healthy folks can donate a useful volume in a single sitting and the recipients are less like to have a reaction to the antibodies, or something like that. Also, since the balance of the blood is returned to the donor, one can donate more often. I do. Next time, I'll think of fep and Mercy*3. Rant over.

Thanks again. Good speed to you.

Hey Cat, thanks for your kind words and encouragement.

I couldn't agree more on donating platelets, and thank you for donating. I couldn't live without donations.

And tell your wife that hearing of her recovery lifts my spirits.
