Default Radiohead S a i l T o T h e M o o n

Hi! Has anyone played this song in CM style?
This first guitar part (Am, Fmaj7, Am, Fmaj7) which goes after intro, sounds little bit boring when is played without piano.
Guys can You give some suggestion what to play instead of original guitar part...

Hey, I'm a huge Radiohead geek. I'll check it out...

I'd suggest getting the piano part chorded out and singing the melody. Both might be tough. I used to play a ton on non-guitar RH songs that way. Pyramid Song, Spinning Plates, Idiotech and so on. Chunk away!

Good evening, Jazz Maniac...
I'm having the same problem, but with the drums. I'd like to get more of a Zappa's 'Black Page' feel into it (à la Bozzio...), or something from Chostakovitch...
N, seriously; this is RadioHead (yes, I'm a fan, we cover several of their great compositions...). We're thinking somewhat minimilist here (less is more...), and they are not generally noted for their guitar virtuosity (not that that's a bad thing, imho...).
Play it in the spirit intended (or rip it up entirely, the skies the limit in that case...).
Great song, great 'mood'. A real soundscape. Don't spoil it, please.
(No offense intended, and you may well be able to do wonders with it, so go for it; I'll be glad to be proven wrong...).
Respect.
