Don't know if you've come accross this one: Jazz Arranging Online - by Prof. Chuck Israels
It's mainly for Big Band arranging but there's a lot of interesting stuff on there. All the musical examples can be played with the online player.

This site - Jazz Arranging Class | Jazz Arranging Lessons | Big Band Arranging is an excellent arranging resource, and it's free. It is aimed at big band and combo arranging but there are many concepts that will cross over to guitar. It does make the assumption that you have a good grasp of theory and standard jazz progressions/substitutions but that is pretty much necessary to the topic. I've learned a lot there in the last 18 months; Jim is a great guy and answers questions posted to the lessons really promptly. I'm not affiliated with the site other than being a very satisfied student.
