HEY HEY HEY!!!! None of that kinda talk!!!! ......ok, you did the same thing I did, then I went to the practice room and tried it; forget the standard harmony. Think "polychords under the melody", think "bass note under the melody", think "voices under the melody"....when you try it, you come up with some interesting stuff that doesn't sound too bad at all!! The thing Peter shows me is: HAVE NO FEAR!!! JUST DO IT!

I think I've seen those special seat cushions for inflamed basses.....
